Simply France with Dawn is offering an exciting new tour!!!

 

Simply Burgundy introduces our guests into unseen Burgundy, which most travelers never experience. We have worked tirelessly on our itinerary with a local guide to give our small groups (4-8 persons) an experience they will never forget! Our home base is in beautiful Beaune and the itinerary is focused on the amazing wine, incredible food, beautiful scenery and historical sights that epitomize the culture and beauty of Burgundy!

Accommodations in a lovely B & B

 

We’ve decided that we wanted to be in the middle of all the action, so our accommodations are in a quaint & charming B&B in the beautiful town of Beaune. This allows our guests some autonomy and the opportunity to explore and walk to restaurants and bars on their own after a day of touring. During our stay in the B&B, we will enjoy private wine tastings, wine and cheese pairings and an “Introduction to Burgundy” wine tasting that will help our guests better understand the wines and terroirs of this fabulous region!

Our Itinerary

 

Simply Burgundy’s itinerary is diverse and comprehensive. Our small groups afford us the opportunity to visit small family run Domaines for wine tastings, goat cheese farms for wine and cheese pairings and even a traditional French bread maker (samples included!).

Our focus is on this region’s wonderful food and wine but we’ve also added some interesting historical sites as well.
Chateaus and other historical points of interest are woven into the itinerary to give our guests a well-rounded Burgundian experience.
