About For Wine Lovers

Provence is home to some amazing wines and if you are a oenophile, you will not be disappointed!

Our tour will include lots of activities for wine lovers. You will get an overview to Rhone Valley wines, both Northern and Southern Rhone wines, with emphasis on the Southern Rhone. We will get first hand knowledge of Rhone winemaking with private visits to wineries in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, as well as other appellations.

You will have the opportunity to learn about the differences in the Southern Rhone appellations and taste wines from many of these appellations, including Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Cairanne, Rasteau, Ventoux and Tavel. All of our meals will include Southern Rhone and/or Provence wines and in addition to winery visits, planned tastings at the Villa include:

• Roses from the Cotes du Rhone and Provence
• Rhone Valley Overview with samples from a few of the appellations.
• Cheese and Wine pairings
• Wine and Chocolate pairings

Keep in mind, that if you form a group of 6 to 8 persons, that want to focus primarily on wine, we can tailor the itinerary to do just that!
